Thank you for your interest in our Driving School. We would like to take this opportunity to share some information about driver training at Formula Learner Driving School.

We are leading Driving School operating in the East, North, West London and Essex.

Also one of the most popular due to the high percentage of passing the practical exam in the first attempt. Last year it was 88%, while the national average is 42%. This means that almost 9 out of 10 of our students passed the exam in one attempt, saving their valuable time and money because they did not need to take the exam several times, which involves additional costs and stress. We achieve these results thanks to an innovative teaching system 💥UNIQUE ACCELERATED LEARNING SYSTEM, which is used only by a dozen or so driving schools throughout Great Britain. This system allows you to achieve the best results in the shortest possible time.

Pass your driving test and get a British driving license

A provisional driving license will allow you to start driving lessons from the age of 17. However, this does not mean that you can now drive on your own. A provisional driving license only allows you to drive in a vehicle with a qualified driving instructor or another person who is over 21 years of age and has been driving for at least 3 years. To apply for a provisional driving license, visit the provisional driving license page on the GOV.UK website to start your application. It usually takes up to three weeks for your provisional driving license to be delivered.

The average student needs 45 hours of driving lessons, in addition to 25 hours of private practice, to pass the driving test. However, this varies from person to person, so while this is a good number to use as a benchmark, it should be accepted that learning should be at your own pace and you should not compare yourself to others. Generally speaking, the average student takes one lesson a week. But there's really no set number of lessons you should have each week. Choose what suits you best!

There are many ways to find a driving instructor. Many people choose instructors based on recommendations from friends and family. However, you can visit an approved driving instructor's page on the DVSA website. The most important thing when choosing an instructor is to choose someone who will make you feel comfortable behind the wheel, and most importantly, if you are novice you will most likely spend at least 40 hours in the car together!

To start your first driving lessons, you should bring your provisional driving license and have a positive attitude! It is important to wear comfortable shoes that you enjoy riding in. Studying for the theory test between lessons is invaluable. This will help you prepare for your theory exam and will also help you when you are on the road in lessons.

You can book your theory test online from the theory test section of the official GOV.UK website. The test will consist of 50 multiple choice questions and then a threat perception test. You will have 57 minutes to complete the multiple choice test and you will need to score 43 out of 50 to pass the exam. To pass the threat perception test, you must watch 14 video clips. To pass, you must score 44 out of 75 points.

You can book your practice test online in the practice tests section of the official GOV.UK website. It is also possible to check and cancel the change of the exam date on the GOV.UK website. The driving test usually takes about 40 minutes and consists of the following elements:

– eyesight check

– show me, tell me questions

– general driving skills

– reversing the vehicle

– independent driving

When you finish the exam and return to the exam center, the examiner will discuss your mistakes with you and if they are acceptable, you will receive a certificate of passing the exam!
